Applications

Disconnectors are used in alternative current of frequency 50 or 60 Hz and voltage up to 10 kV networks with earthed or insulated neutral system. They are used for:

-   reenergized electric circuits sections switching under load;

-   scheme connection changing;

-   safe service assurance;

-   cable and air lines charging current, transformer no-load and slack current switching
