LVEP “lider Electrik” provides high-resistance precision Cr23Al5Т, Cr23Al5, Cr15Al5 alloys supply under GOST 12766.1-90 and GOST 12766.2-90. Total output has quality certificates

 

Fecral is alloy that consist of Cr (12–15 %),  Al (3,5–5,5 %), Si (1 %), Mn (0,7 %) and Fe

Fecral combines heat resistance with high electrical resistivity (1,15–1,35 mkOm*m); fusion temperature is 1470 °С; denity - 7,3 g/sm3. It has high hot and cold deformation technological plasticity and produced in form of wire or ribbon for heating spiral manufacture        
 

Application. Fecral wire is used not only as household or industrial electric appliance spirals, but in heating constructions (ventilators, fans, fan heaters, convecting heaters  and so on)

 

Cr15Al5 is used for heater furnaces, household electric appliance and thermal action devices

Benefits of Cr15Al5

- smaller density - 7,280 /sm3 as 8,4 g/sm3 for Cr20N80-N that  allow save up to 13% on weight;
- higher electric resistance as Cr20N80-N;
- heat-resistant in oxidation, sulfureou, carbonaceous, hydrogen and vacuum atmosphere

 

Cr23Al5(Т) is used in high-temperature electro, glazing and drying furnaces, different electric thermal action devises and for resistance elements production

Benefits of Cr23Al5(Т)
- higher operational temperature –up to 1400 °С as 1200 °С for Cr20N80-N;
- higher melting temperature - 1500 °С as 1400 °С for Cr20N80-N;
- higher operational  time (up to 1,5-2 times)  at same temperatures as nichrome; 
- smaller density - 7,21 g/sm3 as 8,4g/sm3for Cr20N80-N that  allow save up to 16% on weight;
- better  corrosion stability in air, vacuum, argon, sulfureou, carbonaceous atmospheres, water vapour;
- higher electric resistance - 1,39 Оm∙mm2 /m as 1,12 for Cr20N80-N.
